Women are at the heart of Unmuted, but my lens is open to everyone. My commercial photography service helps businesses, founders and teams of all genders show the people, personality and purpose behind their brand. From professional headshots and relaxed team portraits to lifestyle imagery of your business in action, I create photographs that help your audience get a feel for who you are and what it’s like to work with you. Think natural interactions, thoughtful details and the everyday moments that tell your story, alongside confident portraits that give your business a recognisable face. Sessions can take place in our studio and lifestyle lounge in Stamford, where we can create a variety of lifestyle scenes within one shoot. From relaxed conversations and collaborative working to individual portraits and those quieter, behind-the-scenes moments, we’ll build a collection that gives you plenty of variety. A choice of coloured backdrops also allows us to complement your corporate colours and create a consistent look across your imagery. Alternatively, I can come to your business premises to photograph your team in their own environment, capturing the spaces, atmosphere and details that make your business yours. Travel fees apply to sessions at your premises and will be confirmed when booking. Your session is shaped around your business and where you need your imagery to work, whether that’s a new website, a brand refresh, LinkedIn profiles, social media or marketing materials. We’ll consider the setting, the people and the moments that matter, creating a varied collection of images you can use across your communications. You don’t need to know how to pose or feel naturally confident in front of a camera. With clear direction and a relaxed approach, I’ll help you and your team feel comfortable, so your photographs look professional while still feeling like you. The result is a cohesive collection of imagery that reflects your business as it is, full of character, expertise and people worth getting to know.
Cancellation Policy
By booking with Unmuted Photography, you agree to the following terms. Your booking is confirmed once your session date, time and package have been agreed, payment has been made, and we have confirmed your booking. Any remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before your session. Final images will not be released until all payments have been received. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your booked session time. Rescheduling is subject to availability. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your session, 50% of the total session fee will remain payable. If you do not attend, or arrive so late that the session cannot reasonably go ahead, this will be treated as a late cancellation and 50% of the total session fee will remain payable. Please arrive on time and prepared. This includes completing any requested planning information, bringing agreed outfits, props or brand materials, and telling us in advance about any access needs, sensitivities or preferences. If you are late, your session may still need to finish at the agreed end time. Extra time cannot be guaranteed and may be charged separately. If Unmuted Photography needs to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, severe weather, equipment failure, venue issues or circumstances outside our control, we will offer a new date or refund any amount paid for services not yet provided. Final images will be professionally edited in the Unmuted Photography style. Raw files, unedited images, duplicate images and test shots are not supplied. Delivery times are estimates unless agreed otherwise. Once your gallery is delivered, you are responsible for downloading and safely storing your images. Online galleries are not permanent storage and may expire. Your final edited images may be used by you for your own personal brand and business marketing, according to your package. You may not sell, transfer or provide the images to another business for their own commercial use without written permission. Unmuted Photography may use selected final images for portfolio, website, social media and marketing unless you tell us otherwise in writing. Questions before booking?
