Photographs of identifiable people are personal information.
When you book a session, we will take and process photographs as part of delivering the photography service you have purchased.

We may use final images for our own portfolio, website, social media, awards, marketing or promotional purposes where this has been agreed with you, where you have given consent, or where we have a legitimate business interest and your rights do not override that interest.

If your images are confidential, commercially sensitive, private, subject to a launch date or you do not want them shared publicly by Unmuted Photography, please tell us in writing before your session.

Where we rely on consent to share your images, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any use that took place before consent was withdrawn.

Please note that if images have already been shared publicly online, we may not be able to control further sharing, screenshots, downloads or copies made by other people or platforms.
